Spring is in the air, and there are a ton of events to follow for this spring season! Here's the rundown for what's going in Summit, and the surrounding towns!

 

Monday, 3/26: from 7pm-8:30pm

“The Garden Tourist,” presented by Reeves Reed Arboretum is a virtual garden tour of destination public gardens in the north east! It is located at 165 Hobart Ave in Summit. This event is free for members and $10 for non-members. For more information, visit: patch.com

Tuesday, 3/27: all day

Wednesday, 3/28: from 10am-11am

Reeves Reed Arboretum presents, “Please Stop Eating My Garden!” This event will help you with tips that explain how to maintain your garden, and protect it from surrounding foraging animals. It is located at 165 Hobart Ave in Summit. This event is $10 per member, and $25 if you are not a member. For more information, visit: patch.com

Thursday, 3/29: from 7pm-9pm

Pinot Palette is hosting a calm evening painting session of the colorful Mystic Moonlight painting! Bring a friend, or family member to 96 Summit Ave in Summit for an enjoyable and creative evening! It is $35 per painter. For more information, visit: www.pinotspalette.com

Friday, 3/30: from 10:30am-11:45am or 1pm-2:15pm

The Cora Hartshorn Arboretum and Bird Sanctuary is welcoming you to the Flying Feathered Friends event, where you can learn about importance of birds on our planet. There will also be fun stories, hiking, and other various activities! The Cora Hartshorn Arboretum and Bird Sanctuary is located at 324 Forest Dr S in Short Hills. Saturday, 3/31: from 9am-12noon

The Calvary Episcopal Church is holding the last and final farmers market for the winter season! Stop by for delicious goods from several local brands. The winter farmers market is located at 31 Woodland Ave in Summit. For more information, visit: www.summitdowntown.org

Sunday, 4/1: from 9am-3:30pm

The Frelinghuysen Arboretum is hosting a Family Photo Scavenger Hunt! At this scavenger hunt, participants can take photos of all that are found, and win awesome prizes.
