This week is full of special events! With Earth Day coming up, the weather becoming warmer, the Summer Farmers Market back in town, our community is radiating with smiles! Here’s the rundown for the following week of events.


Monday, 4/16: At 4pm, Reeves Reed Arboretum is welcoming all children to their Fair House Workshop! Located at 165 Hobart Avenue in Summit, this event will let your children (or a child you know), use their imagination to create fairy houses with recycled materials. Tuesday, 4/17: Interested in learning the basics of yoga?—Providence Health and Fitness is having a “Yoga 101” class for all beginners to explore the techniques of basic yoga! Wednesday, 4/18: Hey adults, are you interested in growing a beautiful vegetable garden this summer!?—Reeves Reed Arboretum is hosting “Starting Vegetable Seeds Indoors” workshop for all adults at 10am! Thursday, 4/19: With Earth Day coming up this weekend, The Summit Free Public Library will be hosting “Think Globally, Act Locally,” which is an informational presentation and celebration for Earth Day!
